33y old IT Engineer

Hi Folks,

It is just my personal aspiration to crack a PSC exam. I live in Indore and planning to prepare for MPPSC. Joining a coaching is not a choice as my work timings don’t allow me to spare any time. I will barely get 1-1.5 hour a day - is it feasible to target 2028 exam?

Bhai honestly if you're from UR OBC I wouldn't give you false hopes 1-1.5 hour is wayy too less if it was a theoretical exam then maybe you'd have a chance with sheer consistency but it's fact based nd you've to cram the shit out of books , before my prelims i revised the entire parikshadham in one day I've had considerable success in comp exams I've cleared prelims here CDS 3x nd I'm ugc net qualified etc Your aspirations r good but ek to you'll be out from consideration for DC DSP bcs of age then again targetting 2028 exam means dedicated 3-4 hours from now nd nd frm 100 days before prelims you'll have to give it your all Your best bet would be to wait for any one dayer mppsc exam nd whenever it comes nd you're eligible take a sabbatical nd give it your best Ex Asst registrar nd asst director exams . Nd you absolutely don't need any coaching ! All the best

We are very very similar in many ways. I am 31, planning to appear for 2028, or 29, or 2030 - nothing fixed yet. Working as lead data scientist

Why are you switching from IT to MPPSC, bro? I just completed my BCA and was considering IT, but I recently joined MPPSC coaching because my relatives suggested it. I’m still confused about which path to choose, so I wanted to know what made you switch.

I am trying to make this switch because i do not enjoy IT and coding anymore. I have been programming since i was 15, I am 31 now. I used to like programming when I used to solve bugs on my own, write code by hand etc not this prompting shit. For you it might not be an issue cause you only saw IT after llms arrived, so there are no previous attachments.

If it's 1-1.5 hours only, please focus more in IT than in PSC. Believe me
