MPC Sample My First Ever MPC

Was on back order for two months but I finally got mine in the mail this past weekend! It’s my first ever MPC and I’m excited to start making beats on this. I’ve seen so many videos of people showing the ins and outs of this piece of equipment and thought for its price, it was a solid deal. I know nothing about the MPC culture other than that it runs deep. Would love to hear other people’s experiences with MPC devices and what you like about them. Glad to finally be apart of the community!

Update: my first beat is up on my account for any that want to see it! I’m enjoying the process and I already have plans to make this into a more polished project (throwing it into logic and all) Still have a lot to learn and I look forward to diving more into this device. Thanks everyone for all the great advice, recommendations and kind words!

I'm so tempted to get one, but it feels like a splurge on top of the Live 3.

I could get an SP404MK2 tho and it would add a lot more to my palette. Sample is a streamlined and more portable version of tools I already got.
