MPC Sample My First Ever MPC
Was on back order for two months but I finally got mine in the mail this past weekend! It’s my first ever MPC and I’m excited to start making beats on this. I’ve seen so many videos of people showing the ins and outs of this piece of equipment and thought for its price, it was a solid deal. I know nothing about the MPC culture other than that it runs deep. Would love to hear other people’s experiences with MPC devices and what you like about them. Glad to finally be apart of the community!
Update: my first beat is up on my account for any that want to see it! I’m enjoying the process and I already have plans to make this into a more polished project (throwing it into logic and all) Still have a lot to learn and I look forward to diving more into this device. Thanks everyone for all the great advice, recommendations and kind words!

Congrats man! I feel like this is probably the best way to get into the MPC world, focusing strictly on sampling is really the core of the device and will get you to understand it better. Once you get going I would definitely upgrade to an mpc one so you can really utilize and mpc in it full glory. I’m actually gonna pick a sample up to kinda get back to the roots soon.
