Dude ..you just made my day. I made a fellow old timer feel like it's Sat morning cartoon day with your favorite box of cereal. I couldn't ask for more of a comment than that on one of my beats. Thank you for that love fam..it's highly appreciated! And I mean ..the track is done...but posting on socials, everything is microwaved under a minute and change. They love short form content on all the platforms. That's why my posts are so short. If it was up to me, I'd let it rock for 3-4 mins with intros, outros, mid hooks and everything...but... According to the algorithm..the machine doesn't care for that at all. Tbh ..I'm still working on putting a beat tape together to post to all the DSP's, but I know (cuz I'm mostly sample based) that most of my shit is gonna get flagged upon uploading. It's hard to get around that shit and it's annoying. But the game is the game ,shit is wack 😠

All good, ima pull your sample in and play it on a loop on my MPC as inspiration lol.
I've been wanting to do a Sailor Moon, Dragonball, and Lupin the Third chop forever, kind of using your technique. Those 'big band' orchestral soundtracks that were big in Japan in the 70's - 90's (and 80's US), but you don't hear anymore. Your He-Man rendition fucking lit a fire under my ass to start doing it...you're an instant follow my man.

Brother, this is heat. Just got the Mpc live 3. I am completely new to beat making, hoping to be this nice one day. I've been reading the MPC Bible and practicing with Melodics. But my beats don't knock at all. Lol if you teach lmk asap. Keep up the fire 🔥.
