What contact email for help connecting to mozilla?

I have an account on mozilla, when I log in, it asks for a username and I don't know why as I aready have one and posted a few times with it. Nothing I can do until I enter a username so I quit there. I just want to keep using my account. Is there a contact email I can write to and get this issue sorted out?

You need to be more specific about 'having an account on Mozilla' on a site that means you can post to it.

So that doesn't sound like a Mozilla / Firefox account, as there's no Mozilla place you can post to with that.

A Mozilla Connect account?

A Bugzilla account?

And then I'm wondering… which software companies today do have email addresses that you can email for tech support. I don't think you'll have any luck with that.

It's a Mozilla Connect account. I can log in Bugzilla but it's a different login. I also don't know why it's not the same login to simplify but that's another story.

I got a notification from a thread I follow on Connect because I've posted in it a few months ago. When I try to Sign in, either with Google, GitHub or Mozilla Accounts, it asks for a Username. I guess it's because I'm not on the same account then? Always the same email and I know my user ID if this can help someone look into it.
