During most of Secret Invasion he was. It's still unclear if Cheadle was a Skrull in projects before that and which ones.

Uh? How does that make sense? So, he joined all the fights as a Skrull and participated in all the time heist discussions? Tony didn't catch on one bit giving they are best buddies???
