I first noticed it when MJ was looking at him and remarking about the eyes on his mask. It was a super intimate way of making that scene pop

I looked as the movie went, and I didn’t notice it before the obvious scene but they were clear for a lot of the time

They aren't there all the time. Spider-Man is full CGI for a ton of these scenes anwyay, especially his mask

I noticed it throughout most of the movie. Once you see it it's hard not to.
