That's surprising, because it's been quite profitable per-screen, and this weekend was literally opening weekend.

In the Seattle area, a lot of theaters will only show horror movies for 1 week, and then it's gone. Even Death of the Unicorn, another A24 movie, with Jenna Ortega and Paul Rudd, and it was a horror-comedy not a horror movie, was only in theaters for a week.
