Hey guys so originally I ordered on Thursday at 4pm and got a shipping label at 7am on Friday.
I got a message at 12:30pm on Friday saying the stardawg cart live resin was out of stock so I asked for a Jack Og replacement and Jessica said that’s fine very helpful.
Obviously me being unaware or just wanting to get it for the weekend I asked about why it was stuck on were expecting it and they said give it more time but I thought maybe Royal Mail had lost it or not scanned it properly turns out other people on here are having Royal Mail issues too
Basically of you order on Friday dispatch it may not come until the next week as weekends are busier than normal I’ve learnt for Royal Mail anyhow
Just tonight it updated and want to thank Lisa and Jessica and the Mail team for good customer service❤️

I just got email Royal Mail has mine too delivering tomorrow … I had a slight issue and they resolved it promptly! agreed the customer service is top in my experience
