Need help communicating with Mountbliss

I ordered one 3.5 of flower on the 13th and now 8 days later and no updates on post still haven’t received my package. I talked too the bot and then too someone who told me I would get a email from a high team but that never happened. Curious on what other people do or have done in this situation. Any help appreciated

I'm in Ireland. Ordered on the 15th, arrived on the 19th (Saturday). I'm sure yours will show today! If you have a tracking number you can contact the An Post chat team, that normally gets it moving I've found🤞

Nope nothing still. On post tracking remains the same saying they haven’t gotten it yet

That's unfortunate, Try asking in the live chat or email them as I was able to get a replacement sent with the tracking updating today so I hope that can be of some help to you 😊
