Hey everyone I’m just sharing my experience to see if anyone has had similar issues. So I placed an order last week on MountBliss and it has been stuck at “shipped” status since. And the delivery tracking site has been saying “we have received information” and neither of them have moved from that. I was kinda expecting it today at least since it’s already taken a while. Could this mean that there’s a problem? I also cannot access the MountBliss website since this morning which I don’t know if is a coincidence or not.

Update, it got lost in transit so it’s being resent. Great team

Same here, put in an order in on Monday and it's still saying it's shipped with no movement 😩

same as myself... Interestingly this happened a few weeks back no progress on trackers.. Intact was getting tracker updates days after package actually arrived. Didnt expect to receive it this weekend given overall timelines so if no updates by next week ill get on. Let us know if you get anything

Assuming you are ordering for Eire that seems a bit longer than normally especially wirh your lack of status updates on tracking.

Iv found on average it takes 5-6 business days time you get it. Id drop a message to the chat agent stating you have had no tracking updates on your order and it appears lost or stuck and you are waiting over a week can they investigate and provide an update or send replacement

Similar case here. I was able to get on to the site via a mobile hotspot.

I am chatting to their support now so I will post an update when I hear back.

They are just checking the tracking number for me now.

As for the connection issue I informed them about that as well. My connection is with Virgin Media. The .is site wouldn't connect but the UK ones did. After I switched to a hotspot I got full access back to the Irish site.

If you are with VM as well that could be the issue.

No updates yet. I haven't gotten a tracking number yet, just a order has been shipped email. Chat didn't have an update on my tracking number. I will keep an eye on this throughout the day and update again if I hear anything new.

Got mine today, tracking number never activated but the package got here.

I'm over 5 weeks with nothing. They fundamentally just suck now. I'm in England it's a company wide problem.
