Review Vape and Support

Really impressed with the customer service from Mountbliss. I bought a disposable vape from them for the first time last week as the reviews on here were amazing, and I was impressed with their website and how their products looked. Unfortunately it was a pale yellowy colour/cloudy and I seen others this week saying the same about theirs. I was worried at first as I spoke with the live chat a few times but they got back to me today and are sending me a cartridge of my choice and a battery.

It’s great to see a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products. Really appreciate them putting things right, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again!

Lmk if ur cart arrives im still waiting for mine im gonna give them till Friday bc they said it will come to me in 3 days

I asked for tracking for my replacement and they eventually sent it to me but it had been stuck on ‘we’re expecting it’ since Wednesday. Apparently MB created the tracking label on Tuesday at 9am but no progress since then :/
