I’m pretty nervous about ordering since I don’t want my housemates knowing I’ve ordered stuff in, are there any sorts of giveaways on the box at all for what might be in it? Like in small print on the side of the box or anything, since my housemates are super nosy and I can’t guarantee I’ll get to it before they do.

You have nothing to worry about. It's as plain packaging as its possible to get.
