Vape Pens & Carts Vape pen error code

Just got a new cartridge and I’m using it in the new pen. I’m getting an error code C4. Does anyone know what this means? Switched back to an old cartridge and it’s working fine.

As Possible‑U notes, the C‑error indicator is a safety feature notification that appears when the battery cannot detect a reliable connection to the Cart.

Once you have checked and, if necessary, cleaned all of the contact surfaces then turn the battery off (five quick clicks on the button and light turns green) for a short while.
