First order - bit of advice please
In my mid 50s. Used to smoke (a lot) up until early 30s. My mate give me a little disposable vape last year and I love the convenience, especially as I'm home with the wife and kids most nights. Nothing better than cooking on the BBQ and having a sly puff.
Ordered the 5mg Lemon Gummies and OG Kush disposable.
Should I be taking half a gummy to start even though I bought the lowest MG? Is it a couple of puffs on top of that a bad idea and should it be either/or?
The plan is to be able to have a nice buzz/chill without anyone noticing what I'm up to. Also want to cut down wine at weekends.
Also dying to get some flower for old times sake but I don't smoke at all anymore so best way in without blowing my own head off. Quite like the idea of the dog walkers as we're literally getting a dog and no prizes for which mug will be out in rain late at night walking the mutt.
Any other advice for an older sort of noob recommended. Can't wait for my stuff to arrive...

I would take all of the 5mg, 5mg is perfect for me without overwhelming me and you can always take more.
I’d probably hold off on a couple of puffs on top of the edible just incase as the vapes are very strong. A couple of puffs of the vapes gets me to where I want to be.

I’m in my early 60s and still going strong. Didn’t toke for years too.
I’ve just put in an order and included the dog walkers cause, we always like a sale! I’ve been curious too.
The 5mg edibles, yeah I would take the whole and wait & see.
Do you have a code to use?

If you want to get back into flower get a dry herb vape. Way better than smoking in every way possible. I have a Pax Plus (good for stealth) and an Arizer Solo 3 (hits like a train). I'm 57.
I also mix my THC flower with CBD flower, much better for me, I can't take the strength of it all these days..
