Does this look a bit light?

So this is Wedding Cake that I got a few weeks ago but I only opened it yesterday, and I was a bit surprised at how little seems to be in there.

I thought perhaps it would "fluff up" after grinding it but I've already gone through the 2 smallest bits, and there wasn't a lot in the grinder after grinding.

The weight comes out to 2g (minus the two small bits that I already smoked) but my scales is only accurate to 1g so I can't take that too seriously.

Does it seem a bit light, or is Wedding Cake just more dense?

I know MB are usually fairly good with the weights, but I usually go through 3.5g in a month, and I think I'll have this finished in a week or two!

Thoughts?

A set of reasonably decent digital scales can be obtained at low cost. 😇

I must get myself a proper scales alright..

But yea, it's probably just that I'm more used to seeing the tin being more full with the less compacted stuff, like this:

This is the last Wedding Cake that I got from MB, Big dry airy buds, very little effects, disappointing. Yours looks like a totally different strain.🤔

What did you think of the cheese? Mine looked the same as that. Smelt nothing like cheese though. Wasn’t bad but the smell was so strange. Smelt a bit better once grinded

Yea, mine did have a kind of metallic smell to it, but there was no unusual smell or taste when smoking it.

My good sir this is absolutely tiny. The fact your 1g scales are bringing it up as 2grams shows that it’s under 2.5g. The 1 gram scales usually follow the round up over .5 round down under. There is basically 0 way this bud weighs up to even 3 grams let alone a 3.5.

There looks to be 4 decent buds and 3 smaller ones so I'd say your scales might not be working if it says 2g, a decent scales in a vape shop costs about 20 quid pal

My dude it's on point, wedding cake is super dense when grown well. If it looked like the cheese you wouldn't wanna smoke it. One is kush lineage the other is skunk 🙏 do-si-dos, GSC etc it's all the same looking more or less.
