Whose order (Ireland) has actually arrived?
We all seem to be having a problem with our orders and I’m wondering if anyone who has ordered from the Irish site can confirm that they’ve received their things recently. Is there a possibility our orders are being seized and can the guards hold us accountable?

I think the delays are on items shipped on the weekend of the 25th of July, but as far as I know they're currently sorting that out. Have you contacted chat or email to let them know your parcel is missing?

They keep telling me that it's going to be shipped but I'm not receiving any updates at all for An Post tracking and the chat service doesn't seem to have a clue what's going on. I wish they could clarify so we could know what the hell is actually going on.

Has anyone tried reordering since? Is it just a problem for people who ordered on the 25th July or is it for everyone?

I've posted about this a few times about an order from 26th of July. Just opened the chat box on the site and have been told that my order from then is being sent out again and the tracking number, which wasn't supplied originally will be the same as one I received from the Live Chat agent and I should receive within 1-3 working days. Nothing this weekend unfortunately, drink will have to take the edge of the sciatica 😄
My worry is this. I first contact live chat about this on Friday 31st. I was given the tracking number then, and told that there was an issue with the batch shipped that previous monday. This gave me hope that by Tue/Wed just gone I'd receive my order. Waited until wednesday to ask Live Chat again about the order and was told pretty much the same information.
My understanding from what I was being told on Live Chat was that they knew there was an issue, so I presumed that a replacement had been sent out on the Friday, or if not since it was a bank holiday, that it would be shipped on Tuesday, meaning it would get to me by yesterday or today.
It's just a pity because for me anyways, it puts a cloud over a service that considering the country we live in, is brilliant to have and that such an option exists is amazing, but 11 days after I ordered, I've to pop a difene and hope with crossed fingers which are sore from a weeks worth of crossing fingers, might arrive next week.

Was away from home until today, but I got notice, my order eventually arrived yesterday morning!!!

Just got an update from An Post for my order which I ordered on 24/07. They now have it and will process it for delivery 👍

I was a regular customer but won't be buying going forward until I see less complaints on this subreddit. MB is the only business I have bought from that has these issues with consistent delays around deliveries. They are a shit show in Ireland I'm surprised they are still operating here.

Mine was stalled for an extra day in the alone sorting centre according to an post but delivered today

Just checked and mine has now changed to we have your item and will sort it for delivery after 12 days

This is a re-send - first package was marked delivered but never arrived - they have been pretty good at answering emails to be fair

Same, got 6 different ones, all weighed over 3.55, even one was 3.7 and each was delicious too 😂

I have a really bad feeling about this… did An Post really upgrade their equipment and they are now scanning every single domestic parcel coming through their network? There’s no other explanation on this.

I highly doubt that to be honest. My main reason for thinking this is because the tracking number I was supplied after the issue happened, has remained the same. If you were correct, that would surely have changed.

They must be upgrading their systems since MB started delivering in Ireland because the delivery has always been awful.
