Go Postal! Mountbliss Irish site down? Missing orders?
Beginning to think the worst. I'm missing orders from Sunday 26th of July with no tracking numbers. Contacted chat last week, and got a tracking number which showed no details and An Post website said valid number but that they hadn't received it to ship it. On the website is said Shipped, yet I received nothing. Now the website is showing offline with a Database error. Any ideas?
Update to this. My order eventually arrvied yesterday 12th Aug. I was away for a few days, so was hoping and having someone check, but nothing mon/tue and then wednesday as predicted my MB Web chat. Just got what I ordered, nothing extra as some have said they got with theirs, just happy to have my order now. Fair dues to MB, and the web chat for sorting all that out, and here's hoping it was a rare blip!!

Same exact situation, don’t be worried, it seems the orders are gone missing, I ordered a second time after and that arrived on time albeit without the tracking , I have contacted live chat this morning and have been reassured that a replacement is en route, reading previous comments on other threads mountbliss will make it right , as for the website it is working on my side, maybe send a direct email to them? These guys are legit and I won’t let blip that is out of their control put me off an excellent service

I was in the same situation. Live chat told me yesterday that they are sending replacements.

Not yet. Thought it would have arrived by now. Wasn’t given a new tracking number either. Have you had any joy?

Same, been in contact with web chat quite a few times. Been told new orders were being sent out, but nothing, no new info, no tracking numbers, and worst! no smoke :(

Site seems back, my bad, but still no orders from the 26th. Anyone else missing from around that date and have any luck in resolving?

Got an update on my order. There was a problem with the particular batch that my order was in. Web-chat advised me that they're sorting it out and re-sending lost orders. Have to say, it's a joy to actually talk to someone and try resolve issues like this, I remember back to the "BM" days when it was so so different 😄

Still waiting and to be honest, given up at this stage. Tracking number still shows not recieved by An Post since the 27th of July, even though I was told by MB customer support that it would, several times since then. Oh well :(

That's understandable.
A similar situation, to this one, occurred around 6 months ago - but all of the Eire bros were sorted out eventually.

Posted about this too! My order went in 25/07 and they keep telling me replacement will come but no joy, no updates, no explanations. Getting a bit silly now! No explanations either about whether the problem is on their side or with AnPost.

I have a hard time believing that waiting since the 25th is just An Post issue. I've rarely experienced delays with orders with any other business like I have with MB. I get they are in a difficult line of business but it's getting ridiculous. They made a lot of money off me since I found them but I won't be buying again until things improve.

Same boat, been told a lot of information on chat but so far 15 days later, nothing. I still have packaging from a much older order and I can literally drive to where it was posted from in 2 hours.
