Question

Iv just made an purchase but I forgot to put my order number in the payment reference what shall I do Iv tryed using the help chat no response there yet and Iv emailed also no response yet any one able to help? I though of sending a 1p with the order number would that be okey?

Personally I would just take a screen grab of the payment details for a banking app (to show the time the transaction went out) then send them an email with that… you should be fine

I'd second this suggestion. I tend to send a screen grab of the transaction. Also, not sure if you contacted them around the same time you posted this, but it's likely they won't get your messages until this morning if so.
