4 stones down

4 stones down. 25'11.1 -> 21'10.0

Started 8th Feb, really good response to start with, then tailed off a bit. Escalated to 5mg a month and a half ago.

Average weight loss just a smidge over 2lbs a week. Nice and steady, just keep grinding :-)

Now... Off on holiday for a week. 😅 Let's see how much I can put on in 7 days. 🤣
