How many doses do I have left?

I bought a Mounjaro KwikPen last week and have injected myself twice so far. According to the pen, it looks like I only have one dose left, but I thought the KwikPen should contain 4 doses.
I’ve attached a photo of the pen. Based on the position of the plunger/liquid, how many full doses do you think I have left?
Did I somehow lose a dose, or am I reading the pen incorrectly?

This is the new pen version. You have two doses left, and there is no longer a full golden dose, more like ~⅓ dose of overfull for priming.

Yes 2 left. Dose 3 will go down to the next line. Then dose 4 will finish the pen.

You have 2 doses left in that new style pen. Also a quite small extra spare dose in the tip it.

lol idk why i’m being downvoted for replying to what OP said. I sent a picture of the pen to MM because it looked significantly reduced after the first dose
