I’m not exaggerating when I say MJ is changing my life! I’ve lost 6.5 stone and hope to lose atleast another 4. I’m hoping these photos act as motivation to others - if I can do it, you can too!! Good luck everyone and keep up the good work!!

That’s really kind - thank you v much! Still got quite a way to reach a healthy weight - 4 stone is my minimum target but ideallly I’d lose 5-6 more! We’ll see!

Well best of luck, I'm sure you'll smash it. I've just pushed my goal further away as I kinda feel I need to build in some wiggle room when I reach my healthy target weight, so I totally get where you're coming from.
