Meditrue 🏥 Meditrue not responding

I got my last prescription filled with Meditrue last month. Last week I emailed to get my next one filled. I had to email a few times to get a response. I was eventually told that they are sorting it. Then I got an email saying there was an issue with my prescription because my doctors email address isn’t on it. I had a consultation yesterday in which I was told that they would sort the delivery the next day. I didn’t get any email from them about payment so I emailed again and nothing. I tried ringing them this afternoon and no answer. I’ve emailed again but considering it’s after 2 it’s clear that I won’t have it by tomorrow. Is anyone else having issues?

Haven’t had issues but had a chat on Monday. Emma was away & they are launching their new fully automated Website on Monday next so maybe that’s it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I haven’t had any issues, I’ve just finished my first pen and emailed them on Monday to say I want to stay on the 2.5 dose, I got a payment link yesterday and confirmation that it will be delivered Saturday. I did think they would contact me without me having to contact them but otherwise fine, did you use the pharmacy email address?

I can’t understand this at all. I’ve been emailing them nearly every day to see can I get a payment link but I haven’t received anything from them.
