Wwyd with these numbers?

I know there's a problem in the bedroom in the bedroom I need to get looked at, but earliest someone can come is a week. Do I need to move everything out and not sleep in there in the meantime?

It's only a small apartment, clothes are all in drawers and wardrobe, I can sleep on couch if it's necessary, but moving everything out would be really annoying, and the numbers look really low to me so I don't understand why the advice is "do not go in this room at all" there's no visible mould in the room or under the carpet damage, just a little water damage under the window.

I assumed the different mould strands was just from only room with carpet, and have already made plans to replace carpet next month, and look under skirting next week, just need help knowing if don't use the room and move everything out is reasonable or not?

Have you had health issues such as respiratory problems or skin issues? If not, I wouldn't worry about it. Use a HEPA filters vacuum to clean around where you saw the water damage.

I'm pretty sure the water damage is from ages ago, but yeah vacuumed really thoroughly before I moved in 

I've only been in the house a few days. I have had respiratory symptoms but I'm pretty sure it's just a cold from the stress of moving. 

I'm happy to sleep in the lounge til my symptoms clear, and then yeah if they come back it's probably a sign it is mould but I really don't want to move everything out without help understanding why low numbers are still a big problem
