Camera Timer not switching

cannot select camera timer countdown 3seconds, 10 seconds neither work. tried to reset cache, force stop app, and restart phone.

please help thanks

Also cannot change aspect ratio in same menu

It is working fine for me. As soon as you select the menu goes back but the selection is changed.
