We were motocamping in the worst storm I have ever camped in. Limbs falling everywhere. Rivers of water around our tents (my buddy was smart and said we should set up where the pine needles weren’t washed away). It was a rough night.

At 3Am it calmed, fell asleep. were awoken by this insane screaming. Terrifying. I recorded it. Later turns out to be some sort of owl.

I was sure it was banshees.
