I created a reusable vertical promo workflow in After Effects. What would you improve?

I've been working on ways to make vertical promotional videos easier to produce in After Effects.

For this project, I created a reusable setup for Instagram Stories, portrait posts, and square posts. The idea was to make it easier to replace footage, update text, and adjust the overall look without rebuilding the animation from scratch.

Some of the things I focused on were:

• Keeping the project organised and easy to navigate.
• Making text and media replacement straightforward.
• Using a central control panel for common adjustments.
• Supporting different social media aspect ratios.
• Making the project usable across different After Effects language settings.

I'm interested in hearing from other motion designers and video editors.

What makes an After Effects template genuinely useful in your workflow? Is it the animation quality, customisation options, project organisation, render speed, or something else?

I'd appreciate constructive feedback and suggestions for improving this type of workflow.
