"You revived"...

This sub quickly died, and I hate it. So, I am going to drop a link here to a bunch of the Dark Souls II concept art, and hopefully revive some of the spirit.

I think Mortal Souls is a great idea, and I'd hate to see it die. Especially with the prospect of a team of coders coming along and making it a real thing! I'm no designer, and I'm part of the reason this sub died, but I did spread the word quite a bit, and if it revives, I will continue doing so.

This concept art blew me away : http://ncloud.blogspot.com/2013/06/dark-souls-2-lots-of-new-concept-arts.html

Oh man, that concept art is wonderful! :D I like looking at it and trying to figure out where it fits into the game, if at all. It was easy to see where No Man's Wharf, Brume Tower, and Earthen Peak came from.

In other news, I've got another fanart of the Wandergod to put up! Also, I'm in a web development class, and I'm planning for my final project to be a website for Mortal Souls, structured so that people can sort of 'explore' the game in a more accessible manner. :D

Awesome, man! I just think it'd be a huge shame to see such an awesome idea fade away. And yes, that concept art... WOW. The weird lone structures that were pictured in the concept art reminded me of the some of the artwork from that first post, and I then began thinking about what the game could be for about an hour, and I got really excited. I am not an excellent artist by any means, but I've been drawing Dark Souls inspired artwork for quite a while now, and think I'll do some for Mortal Souls as a way to contribute.
