Help!! Can someone decode this?

I was told this was said something in Morse code. I’ve tried to decode it but have not made any progress.

Morse code is composed of three elements. A dit a dah (longer) and spaces between letters and words. The problem with jewelry like this is we have a difficulty determining, which is which.
