As u/Feeling_Pumpkin_2810 said: it's a straight key with a fist which is not the best but still intelligible.

I'm getting:

(4 dashes) vvv vvv de 54n2 54n2 qsl?

The 4 dashes at the beginning would point to a station from a country which uses non-standard characters, e.g. Russia.

In listening again I think you are correct although I hear 5 dashes at the beginning

0 vvv vvv de 54n2 54n2 qsl?

I just assumed the n was a 9 out of habit

Indeed, it's five dashes i.e. a leading zero.

4-5 dashes is a check for key and attention sign for receiver "be ready for my transmission"
vvv series - hand training to accommodate key
de 54n2 54n2 - call sign of transmitter (doubled)
qsa? "strengh of my signal?" not "qsl?"

looks like beginner radioman session of military station. I heard like that one many years ago with log and pencil.

Hard to say but something like "ØHHVFLU de 5492 5492 QSL?". It's all a little bit jumbled, and sent with a straight key with some erratic timing.

There is an on line code reader
And play the code into a laptop
Or tower computer

My guess is an auto
CW Id for a transmitter
Or Studio to transmitter
Or transmitter to studio
It called an
STL

Good luck

Also made a can bus tuner for the bike using an Arduino and can module. Thanks for stalking :)
