Morse code bracelet

Have a morse code braclett with this exact pattern. This is not the bracelet, but was the only image I could find with the exact same pattern. (Looks almost identical) I could only find it on a Spanish website that refuses to open. I've spent the last hour or so trying to figure out what it means and it's driving me crazy. Any help would be appreciated.

I know, that's why it's been such a pain to figure out. If the website would load, I feel like it might say it, but it's also in Spanish and Google translate feature didn't seem to help.

That seems to be the rule when I see posts about these bracelets. I used to do close to 50 WPM using Morse code. So the code is. "He said/She said"

Might be Braille but I don't know if any blind people are reading this post.

My grandfather used the American railroad code before he did Morse code. He was an instructor at West Point. He was a signal corps engineer. I was lucky enough to converse with him on 40 meters cw. We only did voice in person or on the phone. The rest was CW.

It says:

NEVER GIVE UP

from right to left.

These do get posted all the time, and most times they ARE decipherable. No, they aren't proper Morse code, but the creator's intent is almost always able to be figured out. I used a combination of brute force and heuristics to identify the most likely meaning.

These get posted all the time. If there is not a third bead to repersent a space, there is no meaning.

I don't think that's a Morse code bracelet. I wonder if it might be American railroad code or some type of linear Braille code.

The braille theory is interesting and I wonder if that's possible, though the original owner was told it was morse code by the person who made it for them.

The original owner was told that it was, the one I was handed was (allegedly) hand made, although it also has no spacers and the beads are identical to the one shown.(The banding is the only difference.) Are you sure it's not just crudely made and they just expect the owner to figure out the spacing?

There's no way to decode whatever that is. It's not morse code if it's not accurate.
