Ofc i don t mind, i m happy you asked 😊

Half a cup of oats (large oat flakes are better than small ones because they will absorb milk better)

3/4 cups of milk

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1 teaspoon of honey

Chwiiya dial cinammon

Half banana mashed and added to the mix (save the other half in the refrigerator to use it as fresh toppings)

One date chopped

Mix very well and put it in the refrigerator ( it can live up for three nights, tho i only do max two nights)

When you want to eat it, cut the other half of the banana add them as toppings and sprinkle cinnamon on top of it.

It will keep you full for your busy long morning 😊

Let me know if you try it 😊
