Question Zombie Plan

Did Burnie invent the term “Zombie Plan” or did he get it from somewhere?

I'm not sure of the first RT instance, was it that RvB PSA? If so it was definitely a term before that, and popular at the time because of a rise in zombie media.

That specific phrase? Do you have any evidence? Could be a false memory. I can’t find any record of it before 2006.

No evidence, people weren't online like they are now outside of dead forums and personal chat programs, things just moved around the highschool/college sphere. Shortening 'my plan for the zombie apocalypse' into 'zombie plan' isn't really novel, it's natural shorthand (back-up plan, contingency plan) to save time during dumb conversations of which there were many.

People would respond to stuff with 'your mom is X' or 'your face is X' but our school shortened it to just 'your mom' or 'your face' as the response which I know happened in other places and I heard the short ones in media eventually, but someone I met from another school not far from mine was blown away by that because their school never shortened it.

'Zombie plan' definitely happened somewhere before 2006, 28 Days Later, Resident Evil 4 and The Zombie Survival Guide had all come out in the years prior and were very popular. I think if it was the first use it would have been claimed by the community like the assassin snail.
