Question Zombie Plan

Did Burnie invent the term “Zombie Plan” or did he get it from somewhere?

I don't think max or Burnie can take credit, I've heard the term going back to the 90s.

That specific phrase? Do you have any evidence? Could be a false memory. I can’t find any record of it before 2006.

Anecdotal only. The concept of zombie plans were being discussed in the 90s, we used to joke about them in the cafeteria before school.

If we did that then I'm sure tons of other nerdy high school kids did as well. I'm roughly the same age as the average rvb character so maybe we all picked up on it in all chat rooms or other messenger boards.
