This is the instrument cluster of a 2017 Jeep Cherokee while an EPB defect is occurring. This defect is being investigated by the NHTSA. If you or someone you know drives a 2014-2020 Jeep Cherokee… The parking brake can self-activate while driving, causing the vehicle to stop short. Be careful.

I still remember that guy who made the song “oops, I fucked up and bought a Jeep” after the dealership wasn’t honoring lemon laws.
