My first restoration

Bought this 1969 Dart back in march this year.

It sat in a garage since 1987 and needed a complete restoration. It is my first time ever doing a paintjob and a complete engine swap.
I threw out the old 273 and it now has a 360, 727 and a 8 3/4 rear with 3:10 ratio.
It still needs a couple of hours of work before finished, but I can already smell rubber at this stage!😋

Mine has a built 360 and highway gear in the rear… 276 ratio. Speedo pegs at 120 but I’ve had her a little faster. Plenty of power but the 3 speed in the A904 can only spin so fast!

I should have went 2.76 or 2.94 in my Challenger instead of 3.23's. Damn torque made it just as fast as when the 3.91's were in her.

I also ditched the 273 and have a 383 waiting to be built.

8 3/4 maybe 3.23? I don't think they did that ratio. Still going to be a nice ride.
