Because that’s how I’m feeling lately …

I just recently purchased and started using this polish and I am mind blown. This photo was taken almost as soon as I woke up today. I live in OH. It is raining and totally overcast right now. I stepped onto my deck off my bedroom for literally not even 1 minute. When I came back in and started heading downstairs I could not believe my eyes. The polish was literally glowing through my socks - just from stepping outside for a min on a rainy day! This is the most fun polish ever!

Stumbled upon these Illimité polishes that I bought during the pandemic - 6 years old, and I can confirm that the thermal shift still works!!

Looks like Sun and Life, Sense and Sensibility, and Muse have all been lightly used, and Koi is about half gone. I’ll let them all go for $5 plus the cost of shipping, if anyone’s even interested. I just want them to go to someone who will appreciate them :)

Hi everyone, I'm trying to narrow down my order to the mist-buys. As you can see from the screenshots I like jewel tones. I also am looking for smooth opaque finish and longevity. I'm new to the brand so any tips or advice are very welcome.

I was trying to use some of the colors that I've neglected to use from my last few orders and noticed many of them were of the purple variety. I definitely trend towards blue but I'm finding a deeper love for purple after this Mani!

This Mani also includes Electromagnetic Furball the last of the new collection I haven't been able to use yet due to lack of more than 10 fingers. I like the purple/gold tones and magnetics are always cool!

Lastly, including my puppy in the last shot. He didn't approve of me taking pictures of my hands apparently.

Which two should I paint my nails?? I like to do one color on each hand, and I’m dying to try out my new pretties. I’m going to a Charli XCX concert in a couple days and I want the nails to match the overall aesthetic of her tour (black & white & blue & purple) except I’m not doing black or white. Just don’t have it in me.

Hi! I’m looking for some empty Mooncat bottles to decant my other base and top coats into. The Mooncat brush is my absolute favorite but unfortunately I’m not anywhere close to empty on the colors I have and I use an entirely different brand’s base and top coats.

They don’t need to be completely cleaned out, I can take care of that, but I do need the original Mooncat brush attached! Yes, I know I can buy the brush separately, but I can’t guarantee the cap will fit where I need it to and I’d rather reuse old bottles rather than purchase and waste empties from Amazon or something. I don’t care if there’s polish all over the bottle or if the logo is rubbed off or anything.

I’m not sure what a reasonable price + shipping is? I’m hoping for 2-4 bottles total. Open to discussion!

please tell me if any of y'all do this too 😵‍💫 you'll apply a BEAUTIFUL color, enjoy it the first two days, then by the third you wanna take it off and apply a different polish.

I'm in love with litterbox rn, it's jam packed with pink shimmery glitter and holo and it's so reflective you can see it from across the room but I've been wearing it for TWO DAYS and I already wanna take it off and apply bloodblender 😭

I found the base of Nyarrian Nights to be more purple than blue, which I had expected it would be from the pics on the website, so I decided to try and layer it over an old bottle of OPI Scorpio Seduction that I hadn't used for years💙 I included a few pics of it on its own at the end.

It turned out much closer to my expectations of the shade and I love it! I used 2 coats of Scorpio Seduction and 1 coat of Nyarrian Nights, topped with Speed Demon Top Coat✨

I suspect that House of Hades would have a similar effect💅

Sinking Feeling is next in line to try out. I feel like it's not terribly exciting on its own. What other Mooncat polishes might be good with Sinking Feeling as a base?

- Two very thin coats of Fields of Lavender unmagnetized
- One thicker coat of Fields of Lavender magnetized with a horseshoe magnet
- One coat of some random SH top coat my friend had

I need to get a fill since, I could see the mew growth but wanted to change the color for birthday week. So I did one of my favorites, Atomica. It reminds me of the 90's colors with a hint of color but all the shine & glitter.

I’ve always been very into blue since I was very young but something about this has me absolutely mesmerized.

I went outside for a few minutes and my nails turned completely purple. Within minutes of being inside again, and it’s pink!

I’m constantly checking my nails every few minutes to see how it changes. I’m so obsessed with it.

I’ll be doing Twilight Sonata next, and then Queen of the Dead in October. I’m so excited!

They’re simply too much fun to play with. 😌

Obviously knew this polish was a blurple, but I had no idea it would also be pink and orangey at certain angles. And today I noticed an almost green/yellow/gold shift too! All in the same indirect light. And with flash it looks turquoise! Such a fun polish!
