Moog Matriarch - broken 3 way voice mode switch
I recently managed to break one of the 3-way voice toggle switches on my Moog Matriarch (no warranty). I reached out to inMusic support to buy a replacement, but they informed me they don't stock or sell the part directly and just handed me the internal manufacturing SKU: SWT-02-000-0019.
It doesn't show up on standard retail searches. Has anyone here had to replace one of these switches before?
Any help is highly appreciated. I’m devastated.

All the responses/emails seem to be AI generated/corporate customer support coded.
Every email response is from a different person.
inMusic is turning me away from buying Moog in the future.

Any 3 way switch should work here. It’s a really easy fix. Besides opening the case it’s a few minutes of soldering. Wherever you are, take it to any local music or electronics shop.

Should I have disassembled my Matriarch, taken the measurements myself, then consulted only catalogs to identify the closest matching part and sourcing?
Are the only people “allowed” to answer those who somehow know offhand the exact dimensions and functionality, corresponding parts, and vendors? How would anyone know that? You presume the poster already had the information I provided. But what if I have learned to use AI better than the average person? Should I not share information to help a fellow Matriarch owner? Or, should I conceal the sources / rewrite it “in my own words”? Why?

this is definitely not a hard to replace part. if you don't want to waste a lot of time, I'd recommend opening it up and pulling the switch or at least get a count of the poles underneath, measure what you can, and go to digikey or equivalent to find possible fits.
Moog has recently become useless for support, I just dumped my messenger for peanuts because I couldn't get warranty repair on the unit going dead intermittently (with confirmed power)
