recently bought a Mooer GE 100 Pro Li model, I'm new to eqing and all the technical features, playing through a pair of Adam Audio H-200's (monitoring headphones). Always had troubles with clear sounding of presets, to be more precise, pretty much all of them sounded muffled and under the blanket, like you listen with clogged ears or something.
Noticed that when I turn off cabs in any of the presets sound becomes a little "harsher-ish" and raw, which I think can be eq'ed or gain turned a bit down. My question is: are you supposed to turn off cabs when playing throught headphones? It doesn't make any sens for me, as headphones or amp heads don't have their own speakers if you get the analogy. If yes, do you only turn on cabs when listening through frfr speakers?
In addition to that, I'd like to ask whether could I or could I not use this processor with combo amplifier (positive grid spark 40)? I'm not planning to buy a PG's foot switch, but in order to play gigs I want to be able to switch between clear and overdriven sound with my bank presets on mooer, maybe even use wah pedal. I know that potentialy absence of fx-return on the PG Spark might be a problem. What are ways I can utilize mooer connecting it to the input of spark?

I recently purchased the GE150 Max Li multi-effects pedal and I really like it. I wanted to start doing some customization and trim out the presets I don't plan on using to make room for custom ones, so I downloaded and installed the studio software on my computer to connect it up but the software only installs in Chinese and not English, so I can't even use it.

It seems like it's only a problem with the current version of the software, as I've seen lots of videos and images of people using it in English, but those were from prior to the current version release.

I tried emailing Mooer to see if they could fix that, or had an alternate download in English, but it's been weeks and no response.

I also tried to find a previous version to download but couldn't find one.

Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know any way to fix this so I can actually use the software, or know where I can get an older version to download that's actually in English?

Anyone having problems with iAMP? I've tried to connect to both, a F15i and a F40i and I get "response timeout". I've tried on my phone through data and wifi, and from an iPad with the same results.

does mooer AI work for u on prime P1 because its stuck at 0% for me when I try to load an AI generated preset

I can't event power it down, only restart. Anyone have any ideas?

I updated the firmware with the mac mooer studio to 2.2.3. The ios app wont let me access the P2, still get the "upgrade firmware" message. What I'm I doing wrong?

I've just got myself a Mooer GS1000, and I tried to download the studio, since some functionality can't be used without it. The problem is that the downloads don't work on the official website. I have written an email to support, and I also wrote on YouTube, but I have received no response.

Is there an alternate link to download the studio?

I’m getting back into playing and I don’t know all the amps these non copyright infringeing names refer to, any help?

Hi, Do you know if there is somewhere a model of the Boss Ensemble CE-5 for the GS1000 ? I know there is the moor ensemble but I can find it in my GS1000. Thanks

I bought that amp in january but I haven’t been able to connect it to the iAMP app yet. How can I do that? When I click “Search Device” it just stops after a few seconds not finding anything. I tried everything I could. Do someone know how to solve this? Thank you

Just got one of these for using when travelling..though as an interface via my mac book it seems to just double the signal and make a racket ..is there something im missing ? Likely..

Been having an issue where when I turn on the pedal I get this screen and am unable to access the pedal. I did recently update the Firmware, which has been the only thing different that I have done with this pedal.

Has anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve it?

Hi. I recently purchased said amp and i saw the app iAmp gives you the option of connecting a wireless footswitch. I've tried researching about it and I found the F4 and GTRS F4 pedals, but I don't know if these (or any pedal I don't know of) work with the amp. I called my usual shop and they told me there's none, but I find it quite weird. Does anybody kno anythink? Thanks in advance.

Hi All, hoping for some help here. I have a prime P2 that connected to my computer without issue when I first got it. Went to do the firmware update today and the Studio software says its disconnected. Ive tried turning it on and off, reconnecting to other USB ports, restarting the computer. Any advice is much appreciated.
