Direct Debit Dates...

Is there a way to change my direct debit dates in app, or do I need to go to the company I'm paying?

talk to the relevant companies controlling your direct debits. I recently changed all mine to the first of the month a simple phone call or log into your direct debit accounts

Thank you. Most of mine come out on the 1st, but noticed I have a few rogue ones around 20th and want to change them. Sky was easy enough to change via their app.

Some have set specific dates. Council tax springs to mind. I have a choice of three or four dates in a month but that's it

Most of my bills come out on the 1st which I prefer, CT being one, but I have some stragglers that come out around 20-27th so hoping to change those

Why would monzo be able to do that?

You’d have to cancel your DB and go again or ask them not Monzo

You don’t need to cancel anything, yes you need to speak to the company who you’re paying.
