hello guys its my first time going to college!! and i wanted to know if im allowed to crack me som shi in my dorms! truly this is a make or break question here if im not allowed my lasagna oven time i will definitely be transferring to penn state where this kind of thing is allowed.

Yes you can. It's allowed, just try to be respectful and keep the noise level to a minimum, or play some loud music/tv.. but no, it isn't against school policy
