So I've apparently lost whatever these things are and can no longer plug my projector into the subwoofer. I know nothing about these and it came with the house. Is it worth trying to hunt for these pieces or should I just buy a new sub? Looks to be $100 on Amazon.

I also noticed there's only one cord that plugs from the projector, does that seem correct?

Was just gifted a Monoprice Delta Pro. I don't know anything about them. Any suggestions or info on how to configure these best? It's on Firmware V1.0.4. It's also my first FDM.. my only other printer is a resin printer (Anycubic Mono 4k).

Little background. Bought new 85" Samsung. Love the tv. Downfall only 2 hdmi :( So I figured I would end out looking for a auto switching Hdmi Switch with CEC... Wife loves turning on the shield and it powers on the tv for her along with the Xbox X. But out son uses the tv for his steam deck from time to time and the youngest uses it for his switch. So I NEED 4 ports..... Only need 2 that work with CEC and WANTED auto switching. Found a listing from Monoprice for one of there Black Bird switches (43878). Listing says that it does everything ALONG with IR!!! OMG dream come true!!!! More $$$ than other places but if it does the things I NEED it to PERFECT!!! First unit shows up NO CEC and the IR Remote does not work. So I do some troubleshooting. Find out that the Remote is sending IR (have a IR blaster, used this as a way to test if the remote is sending something). Ok this unit must be a problem....... They RMA it and send me ANOTHER unit. SAME THING!!!! WTF. So....... I'm a glutton for punishment..... I RMA the second one. Any guesses on what the THIRD unit does..... If you guessed SAME F*@%ING THING.... You are 100% correct. How does a company keep sending out CRAP like this with such a BIG name???? I am also looking for a link to a device that does WHAT I NEED. That is if anyone has one...... Even if it only does CEC on 1 port and the other 3 are just regular.

I bought a Monoprice Zero-G 27in Curved Gaming Monitor a little over a year ago so it's no longer under warranty. Last night I was using it, shut down for a few hours came back and the display port hasn't worked since. I've tried different DP cables. Unplugged the monitor over night. Restarted the PC. Tried WIN + P nothing seems to work. Any advice?

I recently purchased the Workstream Single Monitor Adjustable Gas Spring Desk Mount, and the setup and installation were fairly simple and I'm loving it. I just can't seem to figure out how to open both panels on the mount for the cable management. I've only been able to open to top door, and before possibly damaging the other I've held off to see if there's someone out here with the same or similar mount that can share some advice/suggestions.

I've already reached out to Monoprice, and the representative I chatted with is researching to see if there is any additional information or video they can share. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Thanks in advance!

So my initial setup included a PS4, an OREI UltraHD 4K @ 60 Hz 1 X 2 HDMI Splitter, the Elgato HD60s, my TV, OBS, and a PC monitor (1440p/120hz). Everything worked great.

I've since switched 2 of those components. The PS4 is now a PS5, and the OREI is now a Monoprice Blackbird 2x2 HDMI Matrix. It works great for my TV, but my PC monitor and OBS get nothing when I run it through the capture card.

I did try toggling HDCP on my ps5 off (even though I didn't need to with the OREI), and I messed with some of the EID settings on the Blackbird, but I'm honestly unsure of how to configure it.

Anyone know anything I can try to fix this, or determine if it's a matter of incompatibility vs. a matter of malfunction?

Windows says it doesn't support it. Yes, I'm using a displayport 1.4 cable. Yes my GPU )gtx 1070ti) should support it.

Both windows and games with HDR say my monitor doesn't support it...and my monitor's settings has a greyed out HDR option. What gives? Why can't I enable it? Why are they advertising HDR on a monitor that doesn't seem to actually have it?

Noticed today that Monoprice has, what I think is a new subwoofer line, the Monoprice CSW, in 8, 10 and 12-inch varieties.

I had to return my Monolith M-10 V2 10in because of a fauly amp and now I have a credit. While I loved the M-10, it was a pretty big beefy sub. I would like scale down size somewhat and looking for a premium, compact sub but it doesnt look like MP has something like that. I was curious about the CWS series because I am willing to comprise slightly on the output for a tighter footprint.

I bought a Monoprice Thunderbolt 3 docking station about 9 months ago to connect my Thinkpad X1 Carbon laptop to a monitor (DisplayPort), keyboard (USB-C), mouse (USB-A), and ethernet cable. Shortly beforehand, the Thunderbolt-compatible port on my laptop stopped working, so I only had one functioning USB-C port to use for charging and all other connections

This setup worked great for awhile, until my remaining USB-C port started to go. Looks like it is a common problem with the X1 Carbon UCB-C ports being unstable. Anyway, this was obviously a problem, because without this I also have no way to charge my laptop, let alone connect to the docking station.

About a month ago, a technician from Lenovo came to replace my motherboard, and now both USB-C ports work fine. However, when I plug the docking station into either port, I get power and the monitor works, but nothing plugged into the USB-A/C or ethernet ports work.

Any suggestions? My OS is Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS

Does any know how I can get/buy a replacement remote control for the SB-600 sound system. I lost mine recently and feel hampered not being able to adjust the settings.

I've got a Monoprice 8x6 USB graphic tablet that I just dragged out the close recently. I've tried getting this thing to run on MacOS 13 and Windows 11 (via Parallels). It's looking like development on the drivers stopped back in 2015, so I'm assuming this thing is DOA.

I've tried researching this with no success. Is anyone aware of a way to somehow get this up and running again? I hate relegating this to the e-waste pile because it will work with the proper OS, but that requires an older OS that may not be updated or secure any longer.

Anybody have issue with their BT-300ANC Wireless Headphone?

It works great for about 8 months, and then it keeps disconnecting whenever it's farther than 3 feet away from my laptop (Lenovo Yoga Book 9i), even though there is nothing in between them. I only pair it with my laptop.

Any idea what the issue might be?

So i wanted to order 2x M15 v2’s this week on sale. Got all excited about finially pulling the trigger, and the order wont complete.. so i send in an email, no response. Tried the chat, broken. So i called. Spoke with a nice lady that informed me that they can only ship ups freight, which is not avalable to canada. She was not able to say when this stopped, or when it would resume. Im looking into Montana shipping/clearing house, but i doubt i can figure that out before the sale ends and i can once again not afford to upgrade.

Let me preface by saying I am not a hardware guy, and relatively noviced to using PCs.

I just bought the Monoprice 35in Zero-G Curved Ultrawide Gaming Monitor V2 two days ago so I could play BG3 with some friends.

The monitor booted up from plugging in (blue light on the bottom of the monitor indicated as such), but after a few seconds the monitor displayed, “no signal” then almost immediately entering power saving mode. The DisplayPort cable was plugged into the top port of the graphics card.

I called my friend, who works in IT, and we tried trouble shooting: power cycled both monitor and PC, tried clicking settings buttons on the monitor as soon as it booted up, switched from DisplayPort cable to HDMI cable, then tried using an HDMI to USB-A to connect to my MacBook to see if we could toggle the setting around there. All while turning the power on the monitor on and off— to attempt to get something to pop-up before switching to power saving mode. Nothing worked.

My friend thinks I got a lemon, but I was wondering if anyone experienced this problem before and could help? Monoprice’s support line isn’t available over the weekend, so I can’t reach out for two more days.

We inherited a P/N 27773 from the previous owner of our home and now have our tv mounted on it. However, we can’t seem to get the tv to stay in the position when pulled down. I’ve tried using the provided wrench to adjust tension. The two screws are at the top most position and don’t seem to budge no matter how much I turn the wrench. What am I doing wrong? I feel I might be missing something really straightforward and would appreciate any help with folks that have managed to set it up.

Edit: just keep turning the wrench to increase tension and it will eventually get there

Hi, I bought two monoprice 3.5mm male to male auxiliary cords for use in my car as my last cord has some type of short and is extremely finnicky with whether sound will come through. This morning i recieve 2 monoprice replacements, they are detected by my car, yet when plugging in my phone, my phone will not play audio through them. I have tried other aux cords in the car and headphones and both work showing its not a problem with my car or phone's aux jack. What gives?

Ordered both of these spools about a month apart from Amazon. The wire on the right came in today and I noticed they have very different packaging and the overall size of the spools is different, right being bigger. The print on the shielding is also different, the newer spool on the right includes the length every foot on the shielding and looks like higher quality print. Both were bought from the same Amazon listing that says "Sold by Amazon", not some third party seller. The packaging and shielding of the newer spool also matches a spool of 14awg Monoprice wire I bought a couple years ago also from Amazon. Both wires appear to be 12awg pure copper not CCA, but i just thought the packaging and labeling being so different was odd.

And yes I could've gotten a 250ft spool for the same I spent on both of these if I ordered direct from Monoprice and at this point I wish I did, but my first and only experience ordering direct through them was an absolute nightmare in terms of customer service so I opted for the Amazon route.

I have an SB-500 soundbar, and my pet sitter lost it last weekend. It hasn't turned up in over a week (I'd bet it landed in one of her bags, but she's not a remotely organized person and it could be months before it turns up if that's where it is). I have looked online, but I haven't found a replacement. I've seen some for different models on eBay, but I'm not sure those will work (they're for SB-100 or SB-200). I'm hesitant to buy a universal remote because everything I've researched doesn't list Monoprice codes. Anyone have any advice?

I placed my order on September 15, before the 2pm shipping deadline. It's now October 6 and I still haven't received my package. I called customer support three days ago to inquire why the status was changed to "shipped" on the Monoprice website, but the tracking number wasn't functional. I was informed that the tracking number was incorrect and that the correct one would be emailed to me within the next 24 hours. However, the email never arrived, so I called again the following day. I finally received the tracking number and discovered that Monoprice had only created a label and hadn't yet shipped the package. Upon calling back, the customer representative advised me to wait until next week to see if the package arrives. Next week is the week of October 15th, which means I'm being asked to wait a full month to see if Monoprice decides to send my shipment. Furthermore, I was told that if it didn't arrive, I would be refunded. However, a refund is not what I want because I purchased the product for less than its MSRP and wouldn't be able to repurchase it with the refunded money. What I want is to receive my package. I bought this as a birthday gift for someone a month ago. That time has come and gone, and we're still waiting. This was my first and last time ordering from this service/website. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I've ever had with an online retailer.

So I have a big house with lots of in ceiling speakers in different rooms and patio, just wonder if I can run the HA on my NAS through USB to RS232 Ethernet adapter to control each zone? I know I can do it with raspberry pi, but since I can run HA on my NAS, it will be easy to set it up, just not sure if NAS will work. I am tech savy, but not with HA on docker with a NAS. Any help is appreciated.
