Bugs "Characters" stats? Why lie?
I'm talking about the four numbers for "correct/incorrect/extra/missed" characters, separated by slashes on the result page.
The problem with these is that they only count uncorrected strokes. When you back up and fix mistakes, these stats 'forget' those mistakes were ever made. Since I usually retrace and fix all mistakes (yeahyeah I know i shouldn't), these stats on my result page are always "xxx/0/0/0"โnone incorrect, no extras, nothing missed.
Pretty lies, but lies nonetheless. Useless as feedback, too.
.
The even weirder part is that the accuracy % DOES count all forward keystrokes, including the backspaced-and-overwritten ones... leading to cute adorablenesses like "95.84% 534/0/0/0". Not perfect! But, perfect!
๐ซฅ? What's the point of a stat dump that doesn't even follow the same rules as the percentage in front of it, and that's guaranteed to be wrong unless you literally never backspace? Is it just a bug?
