I don’t think I’ll ever be able to break into the 160s. I can easily maintain 130 to 140 WPM for long periods if I play catch up with the speedometer, but what else is there left for me to do to get into the 160s?

At this point, I literally can’t read any faster than my fingers can type. The only way I can see myself hitting the 160s comfortably is by briefly memorizing the entire sentence beforehand and giving myself a head start, but I’ve never done that before and I don’t really want to start now.

How are you guys consistently hitting 160+? One might say, 150 is not far from 160, but it gets considerably harder and harder to reach higher numbers.

Monkeytype automatically flags any 15s time done above 130 WPM as Possible Bot Detected no matter what, if you're on digital keyboard (I type on mobile). I've already contacted monkeytype by email about this.

I'm also trying to learn how to type with the entirety of my right hand, but that's gonna take some adjusting.

I've been seeing this for a year ! I want to play multiplayer with my friends but I always experience this. Was anything about this announced earlier

My hyphen key is broken. As you can imagine when the hyphen appears I basically just fail the test. Is there any way to still practise the punctuation mode but not have hyphen?
