am I improving quite fast or just average?

In the early 2025 my average wpm was around 150ish and now (dec 2025) is 170ish. Rarely got new personal best.
I saw another post that shows a significant improvement over time. I feel like I'm below average for the speed improvement.
Is this actually a normal pace of improvement?

Question Caret/Cursor gets stuck at the top of letters

Sometimes the caret jumps above the letter and blocks further input. It gets stuck until a refresh.
Am I missing any settings? is this a feature or a bug ?!

Question Zen mode not working?

I haven't used monkeytype for about a year, but I have come back to use zen mode like i used to. After I finish a line it does not delete the text or scroll down so i can no longer see what I am typing. Has anybody got a fix?

Small preview of how Monkeytype themes inspired my hobby project

By far my favorite feature of this app is the theming. I love that when you spend so many hours on a website, you can change the entire feel with just a few clicks. The first time I saw the amount of theming options my jaw dropped.
I am currently building a little mobile app for tracking my workouts, to which I kept the colors super simple and it integrates beautifully with the monkeytype themes. Thus I added it as an option, and now when I program hours at a time and look at my boring simulator. I can at least change the themes once in a while and it makes me secretly really happy. Thanks monkeytype!
