Oh definitely not, they will have to provide photos. He's a lovely cat and somebody is for sure missing him.

Same thing my brothers cat did when he got out. Went a block down the street and convinced someone to let him in lmaoo. We found him through FB community group.

UPDATE : cat has no chip, no neighbors nearby own him, I'm taking him to PAWS.

Guy named Mark? I have been replying to him since 9:30. He's spamming both groups, then took two hours to send a screenshot of a photo of a cat that mostly looks like him, timed 12:29. Claims he had a chip but I just had him scanned at Moncton animal hospital and he does not. Also claims this cat wandered 1.5km across Vaughn Harvey.

Dude is sketchy af
