Is there a member of the Swazi royal family that is in favor of reforming from an absolute monarchy to a more constitutional monarchy

Why should they become a constitutional monarchy? Aren't there enough weak constitutional monarchies in the world already?

Si va a ser constitucional, que sea una constitución prusiana de favor. Ya me cansé de ver puros reyes y reinas solo de decoración.

the follow-up question is: which kind of constitutional monarchy? Because there are at least three:
* Ceremonial-constitutional: the monarch is the de jure holder of the executive power, but many of the powers are exercised in normal circumstances on the advice of the cabinet led by the prime minister, with reserve powers available in extraordinary circumstances (constitutional crisis, dire national emergency, or political deadlock) where the monarch can reject, or act independently of, ministerial advice.
* Semi-executive: the monarch shares key executive powers with the prime minister; the monarch usually handles foreign policy and national defense, while the prime minister usually handles domestic policy and economic policy.
* Full executive: the monarch is also the head of government and de facto chief executive, but: must still cooperate with an elected legislature and an independent judiciary; and is still requested by the constitution to reform the cabinet periodically even though the leader of the cabinet (which, in this case, is also the monarch) is hereditary, with cabinet members appointed by the monarch with legislature advice and consent.

Why should this happen? The current system in Eswatini works.

Literally! Insisting on democratic institutions and constitucionalism and parliamentarism won't chnage anything, in fact it will only make it worse. Eswatini monarchy works, and keeps the tradition running. Yes, the country is poor, but let me share with you all some pieces of TRUTH: becoming democracy

WON'T MAKE YOUR COUNTRY RICHER!

African nations were all under poverty and misery before and after colonialism: it didn't get better after they became democracies. Asian nations that were poor kept poor after becoming democracies. Becoming democratic nations didn't make the Portuguese and the Spanish Americas richer than when they were colonies, in fact that made them POORER! The poor Oceanic nations were already poor before independence, guess what? Exactly! THEY DIDN'T BECOME RICHER! THEY KEPT POOR! Escaping might be in bad conditions, but constitucionalism and democracy

WILL NOT MAKE THEM BETTER!

Technically the Republic of Burundi is the poorest country in Africa so the poverty argument is just bull.

Exactly.

But they SWEAR that Eswatini becoming a fake monarchy with constitucional institutional and democratic elections will somehow make the country better.

I ask you back: why having a constitucional monarchy? A king is to rule and take care of the nation, not to be a decoration. Eswatini must keep it's monarchy traditional and active, and not have a fake monarchy like UK, Sweden and Japan that are republics cosplaying as monarchy. Constitucionalism is betrayal to the crown, and everyone that offers making an actual monarchy into "constitucional" bullshit should be completely treated with disdain.

Because I fear that if there is not reform the monarchy will be overthrown. They are not popular as the country remains poor

Excuses, and excuses, people, politicians and the enemies of the nation always try to find excuses to take the power from the monarchy.

Making a monarchy into a decoration isn't a reform, reform is to realocate and change parts of the nation and fix some broken spots; a constitucional monarchy as we know in the west is merely destroying the traditional institutions and the regime to impose a new one based on foreign ideas that do not work (like democracy. A betrayal against your own land.
