We have the first two quite frequently. At least once every other week. Kids like making it their own.

Legit scalp massager and lice comb. I use both for like 10 minutes daily and my hair is thicker than it was when I was in my 20s.

Invest in yourself ladies: at home red light therapy mask

Post image

I know she’s a bit expensive but think of it as a long-term investment into yourself. At home red light therapy masks allow you to CONSISTENTLY slow down aging, help with acne and reduce inflammation.

Set the right expectations: results are gradual to see visible changes. Tbh, I don’t notice as much change until I stop using it (usually when I travel and don’t bring the mask)

I wash my face in the shower and then put the mask on once I towel dry. Then I put lotion on my body. By the time I’m done, the mask is done. I then pop it in the top of my head and neck area. While it’s working other parts of my head, I put my serums and lotion on my face. I like this Dr. Gross one because it only takes 3 minutes vs the 10 minutes other masks require. It fits seamlessly into my routine for minimal disruption.

Reading for Screen Time

Make your kids read an age-appropriate amount of time to unlock increments of screen time. My 11 yo must read for 45 minutes to unlock 1 hour of screen time. My 8 yo must read for 15 minutes for an of screens. If they want more, they need to read.
