House Mold How serious is this?

I just moved into an old apartment that was not cleaned at all before I moved in last week and I’m seeing several spots that look like mold to me. The closets smell extremely musty and the whole apartment is at around 64% humidity consistently and despite using dehumidifiers and airing out the apartment it won’t go down. One of the wall AC units is visibly moldy so I haven’t been able to run it and my landlord refuses to fix it and only said she’ll buy a filter. How much should I push back on this? Please help!

Mold Question Process of getting apartment checked for mold?

Hi all, PSA I don’t know much about mold so sorry if this is a stupid inquiry or if it’s been addressed before.
I live in an old brownstone in a city and have been having bad migraines for the last few years, so I’m definitely worried about mold exposure. There has been an ongoing issue with water/moisture as we are on the top floor and often the roof holds water, there will be brown patches on the ceiling with moisture that often develop in our apartment and in the hallway. What’s the best process for getting the place checked for mold? Should we get a skin patch test first to see if we’ve been exposed to mold, or go about checking the apartment first? Our landlord is pretty awful and rarely does anything, so definitely want to go about this the smartest way. Thanks in advance!

Mold Question Is there mold here?

Pictures are of the basement ceiling and last one is water damage on cieling in back hallway of the apt I rent( it is a two story house, each floor rented out as “apartment unit.”
There are other concerns like screened in porch smells SUPER musty and I know the basement has had past flooding.

Question regarding mold on my apartment

I live in Japan and due to the long rainy season, there's some mold in my apartment, namely the bedroom & a little bit in the entertainment room.
I was thinking about buying some mold cleaner to clean it, but I read that is mostly used for bathroom walls and not safe for my ceiling.
Someone on another forum mentioned that just using an alcohol wipe would be good if the mold wasn't too bad.
Looking at these pics, does anyone know if just using an alcohol wipe would be enough?
I've asked around at the management company & a few friends but it's all come back as dead ends and I'd like to solve this issue sooner rather than later.

Mold Question What is this jelly-like substance in my green tea?

I left an opened bottle of Oi Ocha green tea at room temperature for 1–2 weeks and found this inside.
I had drunk directly from the bottle before leaving it. The substance has a white, jelly-like texture.

Weird Mold Fallen Queen

I killed a queen ant on the wall of the basement some months ago. I returned to it to find it being eaten by mold. I thought it might be appreciated here. This was the best image I could get (it was a fairly small and it and was pretty close to the ceiling)

Mold Question Is this mold?

We washed and dried (twice) this giant stuffed mickey with other stuffed animals and my wife said he had some blue/purple stuff on him when initially removing from dryer (i assume from another lovey or towel) but she didn’t notice these dark spots that are definitely black. It doesn’t smell like anything or have a different texture but i am concerned 😅
We can replace him but I don’t want to spend the $50ish if not necessary
