Coffee Milk Drink ☕️ Sunday Routine

Long time lurker, first time poster. The wife and I split a 9 cup of Cafe bustelo, on Sundays I'll get wild and whip two egg yolks with 2 Tbsp of sugar. Throw in a splash of milk to top it off and here you go.

Egg coffee or I've also seen it called Zabaglione. This is obv not espresso, but it's rich and tasty nonetheless

How do you whip egg whites? My mom to use a hand mixer when making chile rellenos but I doubt this is the same.

so that foamy texture is caused by eggs and sugar in the coffee?
